Adam Cunningham is the founder and CEO of Base Camp by HCDC (High Conflict Divorce Centre), bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience to his work supporting people through high-conflict divorce and separation. He studied at RMIT before building a career focused on helping people navigate complex, high-stakes situations.

He created Base Camp by HCDC after seeing how often people going through custody battles, domestic violence allegations, and parental alienation were left to coordinate legal, financial, and emotional support on their own. His approach brings those pieces together so clients can regain clarity and protect their relationships with their children.
