Adela Zábražná is the co-founder of Mama Gang, Slovakia's leading community and podcast for mothers. Before building Mama Gang, she worked in advisory and consulting, led a non-profit organization focused on innovation, and served on the working team of Slovak President Zuzana Čaputová. She is also the co-author of the book Priestor pre mamu and co-host of the Mama Gang podcast, which has surpassed one million plays.

Adela believes that being a good enough mother matters more than being a perfect one — and that everything starts with access to the right knowledge and community. She reads widely, educates herself continuously, and is driven by the conviction that raising children well begins with supporting the mothers who raise them.
