I’m Alex Marcus, founder of System Admin Insights (SAI), a live community designed to empower iCIMS system administrators with real-world expertise, peer support, and optimization strategies. I created SAI to connect admins who often feel isolated, offering them a space for problem-solving, growth, and shared mastery of recruiting technology. I believe that better hiring starts with well-configured systems and that system admins deserve clarity, credibility, and community to deliver performance.
