Ali Hendry is the founder of AH Coaching & Training, an inclusion-focused coaching and facilitation practice helping individuals and organizations create authentic, equitable, and psychologically safe spaces. With over 20 years of experience as a trainer, educator, and leadership coach, Ali integrates intersectional inclusion, emotional intelligence, and conscious communication into her work. She is also a lecturer in inclusive leadership and a TEDx speaker whose practice centers on fostering belonging and wellbeing in diverse environments.

She founded AH Coaching & Training to empower leaders and teams to lead inclusively, communicate effectively, and build cultures grounded in awareness, empathy, and equity.
