Founded in 2009 by world-class bartenders and Altos Tequila co-creators Dré Masso and Henry Besant, the Altos Tahona Society was created to bring bartenders together through education, collaboration, and community.
Over the years, it has grown into a global initiative focused on empowering bartenders through social entrepreneurship, life balance, and career growth. Through educational programs, expert-led experiences, and community-driven initiatives, the Tahona Society champions a more sustainable hospitality industry while helping bartenders develop new skills, unlock opportunities, and drive positive change within their communities.
