Ama Cascales came to this process with many questions of her own, and instead of finding fixed answers, discovered a new way of living rooted in coherence, presence, and self-listening. She describes trusting the calls of her heart as what brings her closer to her most authentic self, with understanding following in its own time.

She founded Una Nueva Humanidad's Red Viva community, drawn to the joy of building a space where people can show up and create together from a place of authenticity and love.
