Amer Maraqa is the founder of Cookler, a platform built to connect home cooks and aspiring chefs with professional culinary training. Based in the Greater Paris region, he set out to make it easier for everyday cooks to learn real technique directly from working chefs instead of piecing it together from scattered recipe videos.

Under his leadership, Cookler was incubated at Station F and EDHEC Entrepreneurs and won the French Tech Tremplin award. That early traction reflects Maraqa's focus on building a platform serious home cooks and aspiring chefs actually want to learn from.
