I’m Amy Harrington, a storyteller at heart and a lifelong advocate for women’s empowerment. After a successful career in the entertainment industry — including serving as Vice President of Post Production & Visual Effects at Warner Bros. — I realized that my true passion was helping women find their own voices and live with purpose. This realization led me to co-found The Passionistas Project with my sister Nancy, creating a space where connection, courage, and authenticity can thrive.

I believe in the transformative power of community and the stories each woman carries. Through years of interviewing remarkable women and creating platforms that celebrate their journeys, I’ve learned that when women support one another, resilience grows and impact multiplies. My work is grounded in creating authentic spaces where women feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change in their lives and the world.
