Ande Lyons founded the New England Podcasters Group to bring together podcasters from across the region who wanted more than just an audience — a genuine peer community. The group holds monthly meetups, both in person and online, where podcasters share knowledge, collaborate, and support each other's growth.

She also hosts Pod Talk with New England Podcasters, extending that community spirit into an ongoing conversation about the craft and business of podcasting.
