Andrew Waite is a New Zealand racing driver with more than 20 years of experience racing and coaching professionally, including FIA GT3 and LMP competition across Asia-Pacific and North America. A third-generation racer, he became NZ Kart Champion in 2005 and Formula Ford Rookie of the Year before winning the NZ V8 Ute Championship in 2011/12.

Alongside his racing career, Andrew works as a professional driving coach, including for High Performance Academy, helping drivers understand what actually makes them faster on track. He built TrackPro Academy to put that same coaching methodology into a structured, self-paced format for track day drivers and club racers.
