I've been practicing neurofeedback and biofeedback since 1999, which means I've had over two decades to see firsthand what this work can do for the brain. At Sadar Psychological and Sports Center, I specialize in neurofeedback training, qEEG analysis, and professional education, and I hold board certifications in both neurofeedback and heart rate variability. I also spent a decade as the official sports psychologist for a professional tennis team, which gave me a deep appreciation for high-performance mental training.
Beyond clinical practice, I'm passionate about building a community of practitioners who are genuinely curious about the neuroscience behind their work. The MindLink Community grew out of that passion, a place where neurofeedback professionals can keep learning, ask real questions, and grow alongside colleagues who are doing the same work.
