Angie Baughman has spent more than two decades teaching the Bible, first as a local church pastor and now as the voice behind Steady On Ministries. She holds an MBA from Southern Illinois University and trained in inductive Bible study through Precept Ministries, later interning on Kathi Lipp's ministry team and serving as an Academy Mentor for FlourishWriters. That hands-on experience led her to develop her own framework, the Step By Step method, for working through Scripture one passage at a time instead of skimming devotionals.

She is also an author, podcaster, and speaker, hosting the weekly Understand Your Bible podcast and teaching everything from breakout sessions to full retreats. Her own story includes surviving grooming as a teenager and the fallout of speaking out about it, an experience that shapes her belief in slow, steady growth over intensity. She founded Steady On University out of that conviction, and lives in Southern Illinois with her husband and two sons.
