Ara Bagdasarian is the President and Co-Founder of ZeroNow, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing school safety. He is also the co-founder of Omnilert, a company that pioneered campus emergency notification technology and has continued to develop safety and security solutions for schools and organizations.

Through his leadership with ZeroNow and support of the National Council of School Safety Directors (NCSSD), Ara has helped bring together educators, school safety leaders, public safety professionals, policymakers, and industry partners to strengthen school safety through collaboration, innovation, and the sharing of best practices.

A frequent speaker and advocate, Ara is committed to empowering school safety professionals with the knowledge, partnerships, and resources they need to build stronger safety programs and create safer learning environments.
