I’m Asia Dorsey, a bioregional herbalist and nutritional therapist rooted in the Wise Woman tradition, dedicated to helping people deepen their relationship with food, plants, and community through embodied practices. My work draws on ancestral culinary wisdom, gut-brain healing principles, and a lifetime of study, apprenticeship, and lived exploration across cultures and ecosystems.

I come from a lineage of healers and organizers, shaped by the rhythms of the earth and the nourishment of real food and plant medicine. I’ve built my life around the belief that wellness isn’t something fragmented from our lived experience, but a pattern language we learn through our bodies, our communities, and our relationship to the more-than-human world.
