Asya Watkins is the founder and CEO of Women Of Project Management, a globally recognized community dedicated to empowering Black women in the project management profession. With over two decades of leadership experience in major organizations, she has shaped a career that blends strategic expertise with advocacy and community building.

Asya holds a Master of Business Administration and professional credentials including Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP certification, and her work has been featured in notable business outlets for championing diversity and inclusion. Through public speaking, writing, and advisory roles, she continues to create spaces where Black women can grow, lead, and redefine what leadership looks like in project management worldwide.
