Athena Dobson built Girls in Property after several years working as a landlord and property investor in the UK, experiences that left her wanting a different kind of industry conversation. She now focuses on sustainable property investing, co-living, and short-stay accommodation as a full-time investor.

She founded Girls in Property not for the deals or the money, but so no woman would have to feel like the only one in the room again. Through the community and its accompanying podcast, she works to give women a jargon-free, judgment-free space to be seen, heard, and supported at every stage of their property journey.
