Ben Tracy has spent eight years speaking directly to students, parents, and educators about the dangers young people face online. Since founding Safe Social Network in 2018, he has addressed more than 500,000 people across over 600 schools nationwide, covering everything from cyberbullying and online predators to the mental health effects of social media. In 2024, he ran 3,125 miles across America, completing 120 marathons in 125 days, to raise awareness of online dangers and honor children lost to social media harms.

Those years in schools showed Tracy the same gap again and again: parents want to protect their kids online but don't know where to start, and feel overwhelmed by constantly changing apps and threats. He co-founded Haven Online Safety to close that gap, giving parents clear, practical guidance instead of technical jargon. Haven reflects his belief that keeping kids safe online shouldn't require becoming a tech expert, just the right support at the right time.
