For two decades, I’ve worked alongside parents and professionals in homes, hospitals and communities across Australia and overseas. I’ve seen birth at its most raw and powerful. I’ve seen how systems can uplift or undermine. And I’ve felt, in my own body, what it means when healing doesn’t come easily.

I started Core & Floor Restore because my own journey showed me what was missing - real support that sees the whole person. When I struggled with incontinence from the age of 19 and then prolapse after becoming a mum, I was given quick fixes, but not real answers. I knew we needed more. I turned to research, exercise and my midwifery knowledge - and slowly, I found my strength again.

But what truly shifted things was connection - with my body, with other parents and with health care providers who understood.
