Bianca Andrade is a sports psychologist passionate about the intersection of sport and psychology. She holds a degree in Psychology from UFSCar, a Masters in Human Movement Sciences from UDESC, a PhD in Developmental and Learning Psychology from Unesp, and a specialization in Sports Psychology from CFP.

Bianca is a psychologist on the technical commission for Duda and Ana Patricia, gold medalists at the Paris 2024 Olympics, and serves as a psychologist for the Brazilian Olympic Committee. She is also a partner at Cada Uma E Uma, and created Performind to help other psychologists build real, practical careers in sports psychology.
