Amtac Training was founded by Bill Rapier, a former U.S. Navy SEAL with over 20 years of experience in Naval Special Warfare, including time spent with elite units such as SEAL Team 3 and the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU). Throughout his military career, Bill served in high-level roles such as assaulter, sniper, breacher, and team leader, gaining extensive real-world combat and tactical experience. After retiring from the military, he transitioned into training civilians, law enforcement, and professionals, founding Amtac Shooting and later Amtac Training to extend his teachings online. His mission is centered on developing capable, responsible individuals—particularly men—who can protect their families and lead effectively. His approach combines practical skill-building, disciplined mindset training, and real-world application.
