Innovation Women is a self-service online “visibility bureau”. The organization connects technical, entrepreneurial, and professional women, along with other underrepresented groups, to speaking, podcast guesting, and media opportunities. Founder Bobbie Carlton is a TEDx speaker who has presented at the United Nations and been featured on CBS News and in the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Through Innovation Nights, Carlton helped more than 1,500 startups launch products that collectively raised over $4 billion in funding. Innovation Women has grown to more than 20,000 members across speakers and event managers since its launch in 2015.
