BridgeCity Global was founded by Darante' Lamar to help people grow, connect, and move forward with clarity and purpose in work, life, and community. It brings members together to share ideas, find support, and build momentum toward what matters most.

The community runs regional chapters — including Miami, Atlanta, and Los Angeles — alongside company-wide spaces, giving members both local connection and broader conversation with people working toward similar goals.
