About
I’m BJ Ganem, a United States Marine Corps veteran whose life was forever changed after surviving an I.E.D. attack in Iraq on November 25, 2004. Facing an amputated leg, brain injury, and shrapnel wounds, I discovered my purpose in helping fellow veterans transition back to civilian life through canine companionship and community support. Drawing on my MSW in Social Work and years with the Semper Fi Fund, I founded Sierra Delta to provide life-changing service-dog grants and peer connection.
