I’m Debbie Grygla, Certified Parent Coach, and alongside my husband Jason Grygla, MA, LCMHC, I co-created Neuro-Developmental Mentoring (NDM™) to help parents and professionals confidently support neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults.
Our approach combines over 20 years of Jason’s clinical experience, my work coaching parents, our own journey raising neurodivergent kids, and 9+ years running NeuroDev, our mentoring program for young adults.
