Hi, I’m Dr. Teresa Vasquez, educator, engineer, and founder of Repped in Tech. My journey into tech wasn’t traditional. Even with a doctorate and years of experience, I faced unemployment, rejection, and the weight of being underestimated.

As a Black, neurodivergent woman in tech, I know what it’s like to feel invisible in spaces built for someone else. So I stopped waiting for validation and built a path that honored my story.
