Hi, I'm Lucy Adams, CEO and co-founder of Disruptive HR, an agency that has a mission to change people practices for good!

I created Disruptive HR having grown frustrated with my own profession of HR. I've been an HR Director at lots of large corporates, including the BBC. But it felt that, although the world was changing rapidly, I was still delivering HR like I had back in the 90's! Too much policy, process and paperwork - and not enough human-centred, innovative and agile practices.
