I’m Cara Macksoud, CEO of Money Habitudes and a Certified Financial Behavior Specialist®. After a decade-plus working on Wall Street and managing operations in nonprofits, I shifted my focus toward the psychology of money and behavior. My path led me to build frameworks and tools that help individuals and professionals better understand how their habits and attitudes around money shape their outcomes. I train, mentor, and design learning systems so people don’t just learn new ideas, they transform how they engage with money.

In founding the MH Community, I wanted to go beyond assessments and content into sustained connection, reflection, and shared growth. My role in this space is curator, facilitator, and steward, ensuring that the conversations stay meaningful, safe, and rich. I believe when people gather around real financial behaviors, vulnerability, and insight, the shift happens not just individually, but collectively.
