Caroline Beardall leads The HEAD Gardener company as coach, consultant, trainer and speaker. They use a gardening analogy, treating people, teams, and organizations as living systems that need tending to grow - but basing it in neuroscience for change, coaching, and leadership development expertise built over a career in people and organizational work.

Caroline holds the ICF PCC coaching credential and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, publishing books on the flagship framework for growth as well as a regular Monday Matters series, podcast, and courses. These include the Foundations of HEAD Gardening for Growing Leaders and Thriving Through Transition. They work with individuals, teams and organisations across the UK and beyond.
