Before founding Luminary, Cate spent two decades in senior leadership roles at multinational financial institutions, including HSBC and JPMorgan Chase, where she built high-performing global teams and championed diversity and inclusion. Her experience inspired her to build a space where professional women and allies could grow together, share opportunities, and lead with confidence.

She created Luminary to foster connection, development, and collaboration among women and their allies worldwide. Her mission is to close the gender gap in leadership by equipping women with the resources, mentorship, and network they need to rise and thrive in their careers.
