Chelsea Linge grew up as a "free-lunch kid," worried about money from an early age. That memory pushed her into sales at 20, where she spent a decade as a President's Club regular and closed over $100M in revenue, eventually becoming financially independent alongside her husband with work fully optional.
After a spiritual awakening, Chelsea left corporate to build her own business, later moving into executive coaching that blends nervous-system work with identity change. She founded Soleia in Portland, Oregon, to bring founders the same combination that built her own career: pipeline reviews, live deal work, and peer coaching, paired with the inner work that lets people actually hold onto what they build.
