I’m Chris Mackenzie Jones, Senior Director of Community Engagement at The Loft Literary Center in Minneapolis, author of Behind the Book: Eleven Authors on Their Path to Publication. Over more than a decade at The Loft, I’ve guided hundreds of writers, developed peer-feedback systems, and helped design writing communities that support craft, connection and publication readiness.
