Eliana Medina co-founded Job Surfers alongside Lucas Saud, both former commercial-side staff at global recruitment startups. Drawing on that recruiting experience, they built a job-search accelerator to help professionals navigate the remote and hybrid job market.

Together they created 18 masterclasses covering CV writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep, and salary negotiation, along with a talent pool that connects members directly with hundreds of recruiters and partner companies.
