I’m Em Radi, a lifelong musical theatre maker whose path has woven through writing, performing, coaching, and community building. From my first steps in theatre to graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Theatre-English and training at the Lehman Engel BMI Musical Theatre Workshop, storytelling through song and script has been my calling.

Over the last 15+ years I’ve written full-length musicals, directed and coached performers, and built online spaces where creators can grow together. I love demystifying craft through content, workshops, and conversations that make deep musical theatre writing accessible and inspiring. My work is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and care for every voice in the room.
