Emily Merrell founded Second Degree Society, a curated networking community for women entrepreneurs based in Denver with an expansion into New York City. Her work connecting ambitious women has been featured in Forbes, Girlboss, Business Insider, and Motherly.

Rather than building another standard networking group, Emily designed the community around intentional matching, pairing members with two to three curated connections at each event based on their goals and interests. Her focus stays on quality relationships over room-size networking.
