European Women on Boards (EWOB) is a European non-profit association based in Brussels. Since its foundation in 2013, EWOB has been committed to advancing gender equality in decision-making roles across Europe. EWOB champions change across the region and beyond through research and advocacy in collaboration with local partners, corporations, and European institutions.

The organisation actively supports senior women leaders aspiring to C-Level and board positions by providing professional development programs, mentorship, international networking opportunities, and monthly events to its community, counting over 500 members.
