Ewa Gadomska is a Polish entrepreneur, business strategist, and trainer based in Katowice who has been building and operating businesses since age 19. With more than 16 years of entrepreneurial experience, she has delivered over 800 training days, 250 consultation days, and 42 implemented marketing strategies for clients including Johnson & Johnson, Avon, IBM, Delphi, and Mitsubishi Electric. She is the creator of the Girlboss project, a Polish initiative supporting entrepreneurial women across Poland. Her educational programs have reached more than 6,000 entrepreneurs, and she has built a community of over 54,000 business owners across her platforms. Business & Prestige magazine recognized her as a woman reshaping the face of Polish business.
