Founded in 2016, Family Leadership Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for parents, caregivers, teachers, and community leaders who want to bring out the best in children and young adults. Its work is rooted in Individual Psychology and Family Systems theory, translating that research into practical, everyday parenting tools.

The organization runs the Raised for Real Life program, guided by parent educators including Marjie Longshore, founder of the Family Leadership Center, and Patti Cancellier, a longtime parent educator and trainer. Together they focus on turning everyday chaotic moments into opportunities for lasting family connection.
