I’m Frank Pobutkiewicz, Founder and Executive Director of All-American Model United Nations with over two decades of experience guiding students in debate, diplomacy, and leadership. I started by competing in Model UN myself, then moved into coaching, developing training materials, and building community programs that help students succeed at conferences. I believe that the skills built through Model UN, research, public speaking, and collaboration are more than extracurricular; they shape young people into thoughtful, engaged global citizens.

I lead the Model UN Coach program, a platform for high school students and teachers designed to provide structured learning, mentorship, and support. Alongside a team of mentors, I help members build confidence, sharpen strategy, and improve performance through curated lessons, practical exercises, and individual feedback.
