After training as an architect and earning an MBA, I founded PSMJ Resources to give design professionals the tools, insight, and strategic perspective they needed to grow stronger firms and better serve their clients.

Over the past five decades, I’ve worked alongside executives at many of the world’s leading AEC firms as an advisor, author, and speaker. My focus has always been simple: challenge leaders to think differently, rely on data-driven insight, and build organizations that achieve lasting growth and profitability.
