FundHaus is a private platform for property investors in New Zealand and Australia, built to make private capital raising simpler. It connects people raising money for property projects directly with members who want to fund them, with no broker and no commission.

It was founded by property investor Emma Hanover, who built it as the private alternative she wished existed when she raised her first $200k. Emma co-built Hanover Linemarking with her husband Matt from a garage start-up to a multi-million dollar exit, and has since worked on 16+ property projects.
