Why GEN?

There are profound global disparities in the understanding and treatment of elbow problems. Elbow experts have limited experience with the problems faced by surgeons in under-resourced regions (neglected trauma, inadequate equipment), where they lack access to educational resources and opportunities.

The solution for these unmet needs is to bring people together from these divided groups, so that we may develop innovative ways to advance the subspecialty by collaborative global education, research and discovery.
