Through it all, I've come to believe that resilience isn't a destination. It's a practice you return to, again and again, through the connections you build along the way.

In 1988, I founded ByLogic, Inc., and over the decades ran thousands of campaigns and workshops across industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to broadcasting. Today, that work has led me here — to building a community where lived experience is the currency, and where supporting others is itself a path toward healing and growth.
