With over twenty years as a culture design consultant and best-selling author of Remote, Not Distant, I’ve partnered with Fortune 500s, startups, and nonprofits to build high-trust, innovative teams. My mission is to equip leaders with the mindsets, tools, and community support needed to drive lasting change.

Every cohort is a collaborative learning experience where we feed mind, body, and soul through live sessions, hands-on exercises, and peer dialogue.
