I’m Harini Senthilvasan, Founder & CEO of Marshmallow Minds, an education nonprofit dedicated to bringing equitable hands-on STEAM and design thinking experiences to under-resourced schools. With a Master’s in Engineering from Texas A&M and more than 15 years in wireless technology, I shifted my focus in 2015 to early education and launched Marshmallow Minds as a vehicle for change. I lead curriculum design, community outreach, and strategic partnerships so that children gain curiosity, collaboration skills, and creative confidence no matter their background.

At Marshmallow Minds I oversee the development of what we call “MMHUB”, a community platform that supports educators, schools, and program partners in implementing our design-thinking and STEAM frameworks. I believe learning is most powerful when it’s interactive, supported, and inclusive and I’m committed to helping both children and educators thrive together.
