I’m Heidi Foy, founder of Bullfrog Recruiting and architect of the College Rodeo Portal, created to simplify the recruiting journey for college rodeo athletes, coaches, and parents. After competing at the CNFR and witnessing firsthand the communication gaps in recruitment, I designed this centralized platform to showcase athlete skills, achievements, and highlight reels making it effortless for coaches to discover top talent.

Through the Portal, I connect daily with athletes, coaches, and families to provide guidance, answer questions, and facilitate meaningful relationships. Our goal is to streamline every step from creating a detailed recruit profile to scheduling calls so that each athlete can find the right program fit and each coach can build a winning roster efficiently.
