Rhapsodi Pierre-Jacques founded HerKind in 2021 after starting a small WhatsApp group in her Brickell, Miami neighborhood. It has since grown into a community of thousands of women of color across South Florida built around curated dinners, salons, and workshops.

Through HerKind, Rhapsodi gives members a members-only community and vendor directory, member pricing on ticketed events, and an invite-only upgrade path for deeper, more intimate connection.
