Hillary Schneider is the founder of Horse Medicine Leadership Academy and Epona Rise Retreat Center — an 80-acre property in British Columbia where she and a herd of 28 horses work alongside human partners. She has been facilitating equine guided coaching since 2009, building her practice from the ground up into a full certification program.

Hillary's approach to equine work was co-created with the horses themselves — teaching facilitators and horse owners how to honor the wisdom horses bring rather than simply use them as tools. Her programs are rooted in authentic partnership, and she has trained and mentored practitioners who now run their own equine-guided practices around the world.
