James (known as James Kamil) is a dating coach, author, and the founder of Akademia Samiec Alfa ("Alpha Male Academy"), a Polish-language personal development community for men focused on overcoming fear of women and building genuine masculine confidence in relationships. Since 2013, he has worked with thousands of Polish men on breaking through social anxiety, attracting the women they want, and building meaningful relationships. He has written four books on seduction and masculinity, created four online courses, and generated nearly 14 million views on his YouTube channel. James is currently studying Social Psychology in Warsaw, drawing on psychological research to ground his coaching methodology in an understanding of human attraction, social dynamics, and behavioral patterns.
