Jason Wietholter holds AGCV's Certified Deposition Video Specialist, Certified Evidentiary Video Specialist, and Certified Trial Technology Specialist credentials, and built his early career as a trial consultant and legal videographer before becoming a litigator.

He is now a partner at Russ, August & Kabat and a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants, and serves as a professional educator for AGCV, helping train the next generation of legal video professionals in the standards he built his own career on.
