Former marketing + management consultant turned coach to women entrepreneurs, a pivot inspired by my journey entrepreneuring while caregiving.

After following a meandering but fulfilling professional path, I took the leap into self-employment in 2012 and built a boutique consultancy serving nonprofits, government agencies, and small businesses with communications, marketing, and community-building services. The work was fulfilling, the biz was profitable, and for the first time in my life I felt some version of that elusive "balance" so many of us chase.

Fast forward to 2025, a year spent rebuilding my life, biz, and well-being in the aftermath of losing my husband to ALS at the end of 2024. The three years prior were a brutal season of caregiving and trying to stay ahead of the progression of a relentlessly thieving disease that slowly stole his ability to walk, move, eat, talk, and breath.

My new focus is helping other women to start, grow, or sustain their own enterprises.
